The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,738.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1943.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.57 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.62 per cent at Rs 7,485.55 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6,530.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.49 per cent to Rs 5,337.25 crore from Rs 4,121.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 4.86 per cent at Rs 356.26 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 374.46 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 10.82 per cent to Rs 2,148.30 crore as against Rs 2,408.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.20 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 42.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 34.96 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.61 per cent at Rs 627.69 crore (Dec'24 Rs 686.86 crore).
