The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 34.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 34.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.08 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.28 per cent at Rs 984.19 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 868.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.92 per cent to Rs 913.67 crore from Rs 795.03 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 140.00 per cent at Rs 3.84 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.60 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.42 per cent to Rs 70.52 crore as against Rs 73.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.55 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 20.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 18.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 100.29 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.48 crore).
