The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.79 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 654.05 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.42 per cent at Rs 46.79 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.80 per cent to Rs 39.40 crore from Rs 35.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 52.63 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 96.54 per cent to Rs 7.96 crore as against Rs 4.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 64.67 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 10.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 737.50 per cent at Rs 1.34 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
