The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.89 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 124.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 96.08 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.35 per cent at Rs 1,155.57 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,140.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.37 per cent to Rs 980.79 crore from Rs 850.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 51.95 per cent at Rs 55.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 116.18 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 39.73 per cent to Rs 174.78 crore as against Rs 290.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.53 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 6.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 91.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 77.92 per cent at Rs 14.94 crore (Dec'24 Rs 67.67 crore).
