The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 55.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 27.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.94 per cent at Rs 409.92 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 445.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.99 per cent to Rs 351.25 crore from Rs 369.71 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 15.83 per cent at Rs 8.12 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.01 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 22.37 per cent to Rs 58.66 crore as against Rs 75.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.67 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 44.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.25 per cent at Rs 9.74 crore (Dec'24 Rs 13.03 crore).
