The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.83 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.74 per cent at Rs 21.02 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.52 per cent to Rs 18.48 crore from Rs 19.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 8.00 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.75 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 14.77 per cent to Rs 2.54 crore as against Rs 2.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.62 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 194.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 72.00 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.50 crore).
