The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.61 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.52 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.27 per cent at Rs 296.70 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 231.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.62 per cent to Rs 247.84 crore from Rs 194.20 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 168.04 per cent at Rs 2.60 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.97 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 31.66 per cent to Rs 48.86 crore as against Rs 37.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.68 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 14.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.36 per cent at Rs 8.62 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.23 crore).
