The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.28 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.32 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.75 per cent at Rs 13.58 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.33 per cent to Rs 13.21 crore from Rs 9.69 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 29.63 per cent to Rs 0.38 crore as against Rs 0.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 47.23 per cent in December quarter.
Taxation decreased by 47.06 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
