The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 91.20 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 76.27 per cent at Rs 4.49 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 76.88 per cent to Rs 4.44 crore from Rs 19.20 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 77.04 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.70 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 117.24 per cent to Rs 0.05 crore as against Rs -0.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 177.78 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 101.92 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.52 crore).
