The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.16 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 28.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.74 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.59 per cent at Rs 124.62 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 104.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.32 per cent to Rs 61.77 crore from Rs 50.09 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 34.62 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.26 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 16.13 per cent to Rs 62.85 crore as against Rs 54.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.87 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 27.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.59 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.87 per cent at Rs 9.65 crore (Dec'24 Rs 11.75 crore).
