The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 59.23 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.91 per cent at Rs 16.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.87 per cent to Rs 13.98 crore from Rs 9.65 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2650.00 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 32.52 per cent to Rs 2.73 crore as against Rs 2.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.00 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 275.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 45.28 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.53 crore).
