The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.94 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.55 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.84 per cent at Rs 272.95 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 268.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.93 per cent to Rs 254.40 crore from Rs 244.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 21.42 per cent at Rs 11.11 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 9.15 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 20.26 per cent to Rs 18.54 crore as against Rs 23.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.77 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 7.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.79 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.13 per cent at Rs 5.62 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.15 crore).
