The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.77 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 327.78 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 85.44 per cent at Rs 27.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 86.94 per cent to Rs 26.49 crore from Rs 14.17 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 250.00 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 50.00 per cent to Rs 0.90 crore as against Rs 0.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.21 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 58.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 300.00 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
