The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.12 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.19 per cent at Rs 225.93 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 172.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.34 per cent to Rs 187.58 crore from Rs 145.03 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 7.32 per cent at Rs 3.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.87 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 41.04 per cent to Rs 38.35 crore as against Rs 27.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.47 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 48.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.59 crore, while Taxation increased by 61.14 per cent at Rs 11.28 crore (Dec'24 Rs 7.00 crore).
