The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.37 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.36 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.72 per cent at Rs 72.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 71.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.96 per cent to Rs 53.44 crore from Rs 48.60 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 0.34 per cent at Rs 2.90 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.91 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 16.10 per cent to Rs 18.87 crore as against Rs 22.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.51 per cent in December quarter.
Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 5.92 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.92 crore).
