APPROVAL OF Q3 AND 9 MONTHS FY (2025-26) RESULTS: The Board considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon. The same was approved and recommended by the Audit Committee to the Board in its meeting held prior to this meeting. A copy of the same are attached herewith.\r\n\r\n2. OMNIBUS APPROVAL - The Board considered and approved the Omnibus approval of certain Related Party Transactions in the nature of ordinary course of business and at arm's length basis.
