The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.59 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.90 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.00 per cent at Rs 169.08 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 165.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.54 per cent to Rs 146.44 crore from Rs 141.44 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 724.29 per cent at Rs 11.54 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.40 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 6.91 per cent to Rs 22.64 crore as against Rs 24.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.73 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 60.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.53 per cent at Rs 7.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.16 crore).
