The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.22 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 0.30 per cent at Rs 339.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 338.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.09 per cent to Rs 301.26 crore from Rs 304.57 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 52.72 per cent at Rs 3.65 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.39 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 12.74 per cent to Rs 38.40 crore as against Rs 34.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.33 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 0.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.74 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.17 per cent at Rs 4.67 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.38 crore).
