The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.36 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.60 per cent at Rs 133.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 128.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.72 per cent to Rs 122.14 crore from Rs 115.53 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 24.18 per cent at Rs 1.13 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.91 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 15.06 per cent to Rs 11.17 crore as against Rs 13.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.00 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 38.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.69 crore, while Taxation decreased by 88.89 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.80 crore).
