The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 30.38 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.46 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.86 per cent at Rs 227.69 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 201.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.15 per cent to Rs 182.07 crore from Rs 165.30 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 92.05 per cent at Rs 2.90 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.51 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 25.19 per cent to Rs 45.62 crore as against Rs 36.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.96 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 9.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.22 per cent at Rs 10.45 crore (Dec'24 Rs 8.55 crore).
