The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 82.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.74 per cent at Rs 82.06 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 61.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.35 per cent to Rs 57.30 crore from Rs 45.35 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 6.61 per cent at Rs 1.13 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.21 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 54.65 per cent to Rs 24.76 crore as against Rs 16.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.59 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 11.16 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 87.75 per cent at Rs 4.75 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.53 crore).
