The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.76 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 35.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.93 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 0.36 per cent at Rs 737.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 739.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.65 per cent to Rs 668.23 crore from Rs 663.91 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 114.50 per cent at Rs 5.62 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.62 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 9.27 per cent to Rs 68.80 crore as against Rs 75.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.88 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 4.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.51 per cent at Rs 11.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 13.38 crore).
