The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.96 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.96 per cent at Rs 191.16 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 166.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.08 per cent to Rs 169.55 crore from Rs 141.20 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 29.12 per cent at Rs 2.97 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.19 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 13.87 per cent to Rs 21.61 crore as against Rs 25.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.05 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 7.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.80 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.94 per cent at Rs 4.17 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.51 crore).
