The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.84 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 93.68 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.37 per cent at Rs 38.29 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.96 per cent to Rs 35.24 crore from Rs 30.13 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 542.11 per cent at Rs 1.22 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.33 per cent to Rs 3.05 crore as against Rs 3.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.56 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 34.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.86 crore
