The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.17 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.51 per cent at Rs 216.09 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 210.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.62 per cent to Rs 195.70 crore from Rs 187.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 78.38 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.37 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 14.11 per cent to Rs 20.39 crore as against Rs 23.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.16 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 45.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 64.00 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.00 crore).
