The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 41.94 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.45 per cent at Rs 151.42 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 119.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.34 per cent to Rs 135.61 crore from Rs 111.76 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 138.06 per cent at Rs 3.69 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.55 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 97.87 per cent to Rs 15.81 crore as against Rs 7.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 56.52 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 10.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.74 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
