The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.61 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.11 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.32 per cent at Rs 128.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 138.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.87 per cent to Rs 126.94 crore from Rs 136.31 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 1533.33 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 36.71 per cent to Rs 1.31 crore as against Rs 2.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.00 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 60.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.36 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.33 crore).
