The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 79.64 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 89.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.38 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.19 per cent at Rs 1,927.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,867.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.74 per cent to Rs 1,782.40 crore from Rs 1,718.11 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 53.73 per cent at Rs 2.73 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.90 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 3.16 per cent to Rs 144.93 crore as against Rs 149.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.12 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 55.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.03 per cent at Rs 27.71 crore (Dec'24 Rs 30.80 crore).
