The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.82 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.65 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.28 per cent at Rs 16.58 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 44.45 per cent to Rs 15.81 crore from Rs 28.46 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 50.68 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.73 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 0.77 crore as against Rs 0.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 77.10 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 72.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 51.52 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.33 crore).
