The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4806.76 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.22 per cent at Rs 5.14 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.00 per cent to Rs 4.60 crore from Rs 4.51 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 48900.00 per cent at Rs 4.90 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 47.57 per cent to Rs 0.54 crore as against Rs 1.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 44.08 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 1933.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.05 crore
