The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.12 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.46 per cent at Rs 64.79 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 65.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.02 per cent to Rs 60.98 crore from Rs 59.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 26.19 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.26 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 36.29 per cent to Rs 3.81 crore as against Rs 5.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 35.31 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 10.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.87 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.52 crore).
