The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.59 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.90 per cent at Rs 343.86 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 373.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.18 per cent to Rs 325.08 crore from Rs 346.49 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2.96 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.35 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 30.08 per cent to Rs 18.78 crore as against Rs 26.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.06 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 9.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.73 crore, while Taxation decreased by 63.38 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.55 crore).
