The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.28 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 89.60 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.73 per cent at Rs 31.24 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.13 per cent to Rs 26.75 crore from Rs 25.69 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 57.45 per cent at Rs 1.48 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.94 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 96.93 per cent to Rs 4.49 crore as against Rs 2.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 76.44 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 48.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 162.50 per cent at Rs 1.47 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.56 crore).
