The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 47.27 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.99 per cent at Rs 32.50 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.62 per cent to Rs 23.73 crore from Rs 18.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2.64 per cent at Rs 26.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 25.36 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 1.24 per cent to Rs 8.77 crore as against Rs 8.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.63 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 38.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.73 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.28 per cent at Rs 2.02 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.17 crore).
