The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.47 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.40 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.22 per cent at Rs 45.53 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.29 per cent to Rs 39.75 crore from Rs 33.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 165.00 per cent at Rs 2.65 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 29.34 per cent to Rs 5.78 crore as against Rs 8.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.72 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 9.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.80 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.43 crore).
