The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.90 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 37.18 per cent at Rs 15.44 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.41 per cent to Rs 8.46 crore from Rs 9.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2166.67 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 52.87 per cent to Rs 6.98 crore as against Rs 14.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.98 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 98.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.32 per cent at Rs 1.88 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.22 crore).
