The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.39 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.01 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.48 per cent at Rs 34.12 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.80 per cent to Rs 32.49 crore from Rs 40.51 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 32.37 per cent to Rs 1.63 crore as against Rs 2.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.80 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 15.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 86.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.50 crore).
