The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 41.57 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.19 per cent at Rs 380.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 375.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.89 per cent to Rs 341.84 crore from Rs 322.83 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 377.50 per cent at Rs 28.65 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 27.40 per cent to Rs 38.47 crore as against Rs 52.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.23 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 10.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.52 crore, while Taxation decreased by 75.60 per cent at Rs -1.72 crore (Dec'24 Rs -7.05 crore).
