Unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The said financial results include disclosure of a material exceptional item relating to write-down of value of content (inventory), details of which are provided in the annexure forming part of this outcome, and 2.
