The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1033.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.77 per cent at Rs 15,002.88 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11,473.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.76 per cent to Rs 14,998.04 crore from Rs 11,469.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 263.27 per cent at Rs 1.78 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.49 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 52.68 per cent to Rs 4.84 crore as against Rs 3.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.00 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 45.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.62 crore, while Taxation increased by 15400.00 per cent at Rs 1.53 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.01 crore).
