The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 29.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.30 per cent at Rs 867.69 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 727.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.89 per cent to Rs 805.93 crore from Rs 672.23 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 29.06 per cent at Rs 3.93 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.54 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 12.11 per cent to Rs 61.76 crore as against Rs 55.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.94 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 74.16 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.75 crore, while Taxation decreased by 22.03 per cent at Rs 7.61 crore (Dec'24 Rs 9.76 crore).
