The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.29 per cent at Rs 12.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.60 per cent to Rs 8.75 crore from Rs 11.02 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 84.38 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.66 per cent to Rs 3.89 crore as against Rs 4.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.72 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 728.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.58 crore
