The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.28 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.11 per cent at Rs 13.53 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.57 per cent to Rs 9.67 crore from Rs 14.78 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 25.66 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.13 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 62.87 per cent to Rs 3.86 crore as against Rs 2.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 106.22 per cent in December quarter.
Taxation increased by 34.52 per cent at Rs 1.13 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.84 crore).
