The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 78.17 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 51.66 per cent at Rs 9.03 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 50.03 per cent to Rs 7.97 crore from Rs 15.95 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 61.17 per cent to Rs 1.06 crore as against Rs 2.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.51 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 400.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore
