The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.71 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.81 per cent at Rs 71.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.91 per cent to Rs 69.01 crore from Rs 61.12 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 82.35 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 10.77 per cent to Rs 2.65 crore as against Rs 2.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.26 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 26.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.51 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.15 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.47 crore).
