The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.64 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 76.38 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 537.38 per cent at Rs 33.08 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1872.55 per cent to Rs 30.18 crore from Rs 1.53 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 5.70 per cent at Rs 2.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.93 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 20.77 per cent to Rs 2.90 crore as against Rs 3.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 87.56 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 3.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 71.15 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.56 crore).
