The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.13 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.61 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.32 per cent at Rs 558.21 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 475.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.25 per cent to Rs 553.01 crore from Rs 471.65 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 147.62 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.42 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 24.70 per cent to Rs 5.20 crore as against Rs 4.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.68 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 76.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.84 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.50 crore).
