The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 26.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.87 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.91 per cent at Rs 253.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 291.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.44 per cent to Rs 250.01 crore from Rs 258.91 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 141.01 per cent at Rs 11.93 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.95 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 88.56 per cent to Rs 3.71 crore as against Rs 32.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 86.88 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 455.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 61.30 per cent at Rs 3.80 crore (Dec'24 Rs 9.82 crore).
