The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.68 per cent at Rs 176.82 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 145.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.15 per cent to Rs 169.15 crore from Rs 140.78 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 68.94 per cent to Rs 7.67 crore as against Rs 4.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 39.10 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 94.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 248.00 per cent at Rs 1.74 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.50 crore).
