The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.51 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.26 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.27 per cent at Rs 28.55 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.16 per cent to Rs 20.66 crore from Rs 18.42 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 82.14 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.28 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 37.94 per cent to Rs 7.89 crore as against Rs 5.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.62 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 42.76 per cent at Rs 2.17 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.52 crore).
